Architectural Mesh Production Process
Want to know the production principle of architectural woven metal mesh? The video shows the complete weaving process of pre-crimped metal wires through automatic and manual looms.
During production, the crimping machine shapes vertical warp wires and horizontal weft wires into standard curved structures. All warp wires are individually threaded through the loom heald. The lifting frame moves to form weaving gaps for weft wire insertion, either manually or mechanically. After weft wires are fixed in place, the loom sled compresses the wires tightly into the warp crimps. The frame continuously adjusts positions to form the stable over-and-under woven mesh structure.
