Production Process of Spiral Woven Metal Mesh

The attached video records the complete production process: pre-crimped stainless steel spiral wires are woven by automatic looms combined with semi-manual equipment.
In the preliminary processing stage, dedicated crimping machines bend vertical warp wires and horizontal weft wires into regular spiral waveforms of specified sizes. Each warp wire passes through loom heddles separately. The lifting frame circulates up and down to form weaving openings, where weft wires are threaded through automatically or manually. After the weft wires pass through gaps, the loom reed compresses horizontal wires tightly against curved warp wires. Continuous circulation of the lifting frame forms the neat staggered spiral interwoven mesh surface.
