Key Advantages of JUMAO Spiral Building Metal Mesh
Extra Long Service Span
All spiral architectural meshes are produced from anti-corrosion colored stainless steel raw materials, matched with thickened heavy-duty installation accessories. This combination extends the service cycle greatly, and daily upkeep work can be largely reduced for long-term building use.
Smooth Natural Air Flow
The hollow interlaced spiral mesh structure reserves enough gaps to realize smooth natural air convection inside buildings. We can flexibly adjust the mesh opening ratio during production to match the targeted ventilation standards of residential, commercial and public construction projects.
Stable Safety Performance
Colored stainless steel spiral woven mesh can be assembled as safety auxiliary parts for protective railings. It delivers reliable protection for multi-level underground parking garages, outdoor external staircases, balcony boundaries, corridor handrail fillers and other crowded public activity areas.
Excellent Sunshade Effect
Spiral architectural metal mesh acts as premium decorative sunshade material for building exteriors. It diffuses harsh strong sunlight to avoid glaring light indoors, and blocks partial heat radiation so as to effectively cut down indoor temperature accumulation and reduce building energy consumption.

Production Steps of Spiral Architectural Woven Metal Mesh
Many clients wonder how our spiral decorative metal mesh is fabricated, whose weaving logic is similar to textile cloth production on traditional looms. The attached video shows the full manufacturing workflow, recording detailed weaving procedures of pre-crimped stainless steel spiral wires with both fully automatic looms and semi-manual weaving equipment.
At the initial processing stage, dedicated crimping equipment bends vertical warp wires and horizontal weft wires into regular spiral wave shapes with different preset lengths. Every warp wire is threaded separately through the loom’s heddle assemblies. The lifting rack moves up and down repeatedly to form weaving gaps, where weft wires are threaded through either manually or automated machinery. Once weft wires cross the gaps, the loom reed presses all horizontal wires tightly against curved warp segments. The lifting frame keeps circulating movement to form the neat staggered spiral interweaving mesh surface we deliver.
